We are happy to either discuss your ideas over the telephone or make a personal visit to your property for a free consultation. We will offer advice and suggestions so that these can be developed into a feasible scheme.
Written details of all the fees for drawings, OS maps and Local Authority Planning Permission and Building Regulations will be provided.
The Building Regulations are in place to ensure that all buildings are safe and fit for their occupants and purpose. We continually revise our specification as the nature of materials, regulations, and techniques change.
Once a brief has been agreed, detailed floor plans and elevations can be produced with the building specification for submission to Local Authority Planning and Building Control.

Alternatively, plans may be drawn for Planning Permission only, which will show the existing and proposed elevations and floor plans. Once permission has been granted, further details and specification can be added for submission to Building Control.
In some instances Planning Permission will not be required and we can advise you on this during the consultation.
Copies of the drawings supplied to you can be used to obtain accurate quotes from building companies.

Planning applications will be submitted by us on-line to the Planning Portal, on your behalf. Drawings will be sent to Building Control for their approval. Throughout the Planning and Building Control stage we will act as the agent.
