I have a listed property which at times can be a real headache when work needs to be undertaken. I tried unsuccessfully to get some badly rotted windows replaced and after nearly 2 years I was at my wits end and even the local MP was unable to help. I then approached Ralph and things quickly got moving. With his pleasant and efficient manner the matter was soon sorted out. On site visits everything was clearly explained and he even visited the carpenter to sort out a problem. I would be happy to chat with anyone if it would be of any help.
